I couldn't recommend Sam highly enough. Sam undertook a complete swing change back in the winter months, advising i would need to go backwards to go forwards and he was most certainly right. I started at a 20 handicap and have now got down below 15 (with a far better swing) so his work with me is really paying off. Great bloke too which always helps!!

Had two lessons with Sam so far and both have been brilliant. I am fairly new to Golf & he noticed why I was slicing the ball with my irons straight away. He's given me a couple points to work on and I have noticed significant improvement. Sam's a top class coach & both lessons have been really enjoyable. Looking forward to my next lesson!

Sam is a brilliant coach! I consistently hit my drivers and long irons to the left. After the first lesson, Sam spotted the problems and we used data to fix it. He also sends a really helpful video reminder after the lesson which is invaluable for practicing on the driving range. He explains and demonstrates changes to my technique really well, and makes lessons fun. Definitely recommend
I purchased a improvement package from Sam at the beginning of the season as like a lot of higher handicap golfers, I kept making the Same mistakes season after season - Sam spent time talking to me about my game and ambitions, then gave me some simple and practical tips to work on, we've had 3 or 4 sessions and each time I've gone away with a clear understanding of what to do to improve, nothing is rushed, he is very positive and encouraging.Sam follows up with a short video summarising the lesson, he has a clear approach to the improvements I need to make and it's working!I would 100% recommend giving Sam a call if you're struggling with your game or want to reduce or maintain your handicap
Sam is extremely knowledgeable about the golf swing and has made a big difference to my long game so far in our lessons!He is able to tailor and adapt "feels" to help you execute the move he is trying to teach. He took the time to understand how I learn and gave the level of detail that was helpful for me specifically.Another huge thing for me is he is constantly learning. He is continuing to learn about the golf swing and what is the current best practice. I have found some coaches are stuck in a very specific swing era and this can mean you are taught methods that no longer have much value. Sam was able to talk about swing theory that is very current and therefore you know you are getting the best instruction.
I currently play off 12 however I really struggle with bunkers and my short game. 2 lessons in and Sam has dramatically improved both areas of my game. Not only does he help improve my technique in the lesson, his follow up reminder videos are always great reference points. I will continue to have more lessons as I look to improve my game further. Highly recommended.
Just had one lesson so far, but the combination of Sam’s knowledge and the tech used to assess my swing, made it a very useful session. Will be booking more!
My first time working with Sam and he is brilliant. I was struggling with my iron play (in particular my low irons); Sam made some slight tweaks that were broken down into easy steps and overnight fixed the problem. A really good golf coach and equally, a top person.
I was randomly topping the ball with a variety of clubs five or six times during a round. During Sam's lesson I didn't do it once, yet he was still able to ideñtify the fault and gave me simple drills to enable me to correct it. He even sent me a personalised video recapping what he taught me. Striking the ball sweeter than ever (for now). Feeling much more confident to go out there and smash it!
Highly recommend Sam, Sam’s worked on my golf game for years, from Swing to short game, course management and everything in between. Every year we’ve made great progress of getting that handicap dropped, season after season we’ve done it! Looking forward to the next season!!
Fantastic lessons with Sam. Sam work with you on your game and swing. He does not believe there is one style and does not trying to overload you with lots of changes. He will make minor tweeks that will definately improve your game. Very friendly and always a joy for lessons or a round of golf. Thanks Sam.
Had a number of lessons with Sam mainly working on my swing. He gave me very good advice and helped me to cure a number of faults. All of the drills he gave me to practise on my own were very helpful. I can now go on the course with a lot more confidence and I would certainly recommend him. Thanks Sam.

I have been going to Sam for many years as he is an experienced golf coach. He has kept my golf at a high standard and encourages me to improve at all times. I find that Sam is not only upto date with the latest techniques, he knows exactly what is needed to improve my game whether it is the long game, iron play, wedge play or short game. Sam has been working with my sons aged 20 & 13 (+4 handicap & 4 handicap respectively) for a while now. They're both always full of praise in Sam's coaching style, knowledge and ability to be able to articulate so that they go away with a better understanding of what is happening in their golf swing. The facilities and equipment Sam uses are excellent. He is friendly, professional & very accomodating. We really would recommend Sam to anyone from beginners to elite golfers of any age.
